个人简介:
沈光煦,中共党员,工学博士,南京邮电大学电子与光学工程学院副教授,硕士生导师,中国通信学会高级会员,IEEE Senor Member。2019年博士毕业于南京理工大学,2014年在慕尼黑工业大学学术访问,2017-2018年在香港城市大学担任助理研究员。近年来在国际学术期刊/会议上发表论文80余篇,其中Transactions系列40余项,授权中国发明专利10余项。主要研究方向为射频集成电路设计方法、多功能前端芯片设计、射频封装微系统。
