张怀品，男，安徽颍上人。2017年博士毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，2017年10月至2018年9月于韩国岭南大学进行博士后研究。现为南京邮电大学碳中和先进技术研究院副研究员，硕士生导师，江苏省双创博士，江苏省自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，担任IEEE-TC、IEEE-TNNLS、IEEE-TSMC, RNC等期刊审稿人。
