王晓玲，南京邮电大学教授，国家高层次青年人才，南京邮电大学高层次人才，江苏省优秀青年，江苏省“双创博士”，主持国家基金委青年科学基金项目B类(原优青)、江苏省优秀青年基金等国家/省部级/企业课题10余项。
2017年毕业于上海交通大学自动化系，随后进入香港城市大学电子工程系从事博士后研究，并于2017年9月加入南京邮电大学；现为江苏省物联网智能机器人工程实验室核心骨干成员，复杂网络与智能控制研究所核心骨干成员；发表SCI期刊中发表论文40余篇(包括控制领域顶级期刊IEEE TAC、Automatica、SCION),担任国际 SCI期刊Journal of the Franklin Institute、Franklin
Open编委，任美国《数学评论》评论员。
