男，中共党员、工学博士。2005年7月，毕业于河北师范大学，获得理学学士学位；2007年12月，毕业于河北科技大学，获得理学硕士学位；2011年7月，毕业于南京航空航天大学，获得工学博士学位；2011年9月至2014年7月，南京邮电大学自动化学院自动化系，讲师；2014年8月至今，南京邮电大学自动化学院自动化系，副教授。主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目3项，江苏省高校自然科学基金项目1项。目前担任本科生课程“现代控制理论” 、“人工智能基础” 、“自动化导论”等自动化专业主干课程的教学工作。担任《IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology 》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control》、《Journal of the Franklin Institute》、《IET Control Theory and Applications》、《自动化学报》、《控制与决策》等多个国内外学术期刊的审稿人。 

研究方向：1、机械互联大系统的故障诊断与容错控制技术研究； 2、网络互联大系统的智能辨识与安全控制技术研究（涉及自适应控制、滑模控制、AI宽度学习算法、极限学习机算法、增强学习算法等）。 近年来共发表学术论文50余篇。主要代表性成果如下：

已培养硕士生25人（毕业21人），其中4人荣获研究生国家奖学金，7人获批江苏省普通高校研究生科研创新计划项目，2人获南京邮电大学优秀研究生学位论文，5人硕士毕业后继续进入国内重点大学（同济大学、南京航空航天大学、南京理工大学等）攻读博士学位，3人毕业后进入高校担任专任教师，15人硕士毕业后进入华为（苏州）、中兴（南京）、台积电（南京）、中国移动（扬州）、小米集团（上海）、满帮集团等知名企业工作。
