个人简介:

赵江,男,工学博士,上海市“优秀博士论文”获得者。2013年6月毕业于上海交通大学,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,现任职于南京邮电大学集成电路科学与工程学院。迄今为止,作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金、国家级项目、江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、南京邮电大学引进人才项目等多个项目,作为主要参与人参与多项省部级科研项目。他长期在微/纳电子机械系统(MEMS/NEMS)领域开展相关研究工作,在柔性微纳储能器件、柔性微纳传感器件、新型集成微纳系统等面向柔性微纳电子发展瓶颈的重要前沿方向上开展了深入的研究工作。累计发表学术论文60余篇,其中作为第一作者或通讯作者已在Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Journal of Power Sources、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Carbon、Nano-Micro Letters、ACS Applied Energy Materials、IEEE Sensors Journal、Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering等国际主流期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,入选ESI“高被引”论文1篇,Google Scholar的i-index为22,申请专利16项,已获授权8项。多项科研成果引起国内外同行的高度关注,被Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials等国际知名期刊重要引用,并被美国著名的工业媒体AZoNano、Wiley旗下专业评论媒体“Materials Views中国”等国际媒体选为亮点论文进行专文报道。受邀担任学术期刊Materials的Guest Editor和Topic Editor及Advanced Materials、Matter、Advanced Functional Materials、Small、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等多个国际知名学术期刊的审稿人。
