个人简介:

赵江,男,工学博士,教授、博士生导师。
2013年6月毕业于上海交通大学,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,博士学位论文荣获上海市“优秀博士论文”奖。目前任职于南京邮电大学集成电路科学与工程学院(产教融合学院)。

长期从事微/纳电子机械系统(MEMS/NEMS)领域的研究工作,研究方向涵盖柔性微纳储能器件、柔性微纳传感器、忆阻器器件及新型集成微纳系统等柔性微纳电子领域的重要前沿方向。作为课题负责人,主持多项国家级及省部级科研项目。

截至目前,已发表学术论文80余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在 Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Nano-Micro Letters、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Journal of Power Sources、Carbon、IEEE Sensors Journal 等国际主流期刊发表论文50余篇。研究成果包括1篇ESI高被引论文,Google Scholar统计显示其h-index为25,i10-index为40。已获授权发明专利12项。

相关科研成果受到国内外同行的广泛关注,多次被Science Advances、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials 等国际知名期刊重点引用,并被美国工业媒体 AZoNano 及 Wiley 旗下专业评论平台“Materials Views 中国”等国际媒体选为亮点论文专题报道。

现担任 Springer Nature 旗下期刊 Discover Sensors 编委,期刊 Materials 的 Topic Editor 及 Topical Advisory Panel 成员;同时受邀为 Matter、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials 等多份国际顶级学术期刊审稿,累计审稿超过200篇。

作为本科生“成长导师”,积极指导学生科研训练,已指导本科生发表多篇学术论文,多名学生通过保研进入北京大学、东南大学、西北工业大学、北京邮电大学等国内知名高校深造。
