个人简介:

刘启发,男,2013年取得上海交通大学工学博士学位,同年进入南京邮电大学,2019-2020年美国UTA访问学者。 主要研究方向为基于光通信网的光电器件,通信光模块,基于AI和机器学习的模块设计,半导体激光器、光调制器、光学微腔等。先后主持、参加江苏省自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、全国重点实验室基金、企业横向课题等项目。近年来,发表SCI/EI收录论文二十余篇,授权发明专利十余项。课题组以"思想碰撞与知识共享"为核心,定期开展学术讨论、文献分享,既有严谨的科研探讨,也有轻松的茶歇闲话,形成"严谨与开放并存"的学术生态。
