个人简介:

林敏,男,教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,南京邮电大学高层次引进人才。长期从事未来泛在网络、智能无线通信及行业应用等领域的教学科研工作,主持或参与完成了国家和省部级科研项目,以及企业合作项目40余项,多个成果达到国际领先或先进水平,解决了制约无线通信系统的“瓶颈”问题,产生了良好的社会和经济效益。获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖4项,三等奖3项,在IEEE JSAC、J-STSP、TCOM、TWC、TSP、TAES等国内外核心期刊和重要国际会议上共发表学术论文200余篇,其中热点论文1篇,ESI高被引论文8篇,多次连续入选“斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家”和“爱思唯尔中国高被引学者”。担任国家自然科学基金申请书函评专家、中国博士后科学基金评审专家、全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家、广东省和四川省科技奖励评审专家库专家、电力科学技术奖励评审专家库专家、江苏省科技咨询专家库专家、江苏省教育厅专家库专家、江苏省高新技术企业认定专家库专家等多个学术兼职,以及IEEE ICC 2019和GLOBECOM 2021的卫星与空间通信(SSC)专题技术委员会主席,还曾被评为IEEE TCOM的模范审稿人。目前与美国、英国、德国、加拿大、沙特阿拉伯、新加坡等多个国家的多个知名团队建立良好的交流合作关系。
















研究领域:

研究方向1:泛在网络体系架构及关键技术。针对未来网络无所不在、无所不包、无所不能‌的基本特征,重点研究泛在网络体系架构及组网技术、异构无线接入技术、异构网络的共存与协同技术、跨域跨层优化设计技术等关键技术,推动信息通信网络向广域覆盖、随遇接入、智能互联的方向发展。

研究方向2:智能内生无线通信系统及关键技术。针对无线通信和人工智能深度融合的发展趋势,重点研究AI赋能的业务精准感知技术、资源精准调度技术、信息安全可信技术、体验可靠保障技术等关键技术,推动无线通信系统向覆盖零盲区,容量零拥塞,体验零波动的方向发展。

研究方向3:无线通信中的交叉学科技术。面向泛在智联世界的新兴行业需求,重点研究如何利用其它领域的新理论和新方法,解决感通控一体化设计、通感算一体化融合、通信与网络有机融合等领域的关键性技术难题,支撑空天地一体化、低空经济、元宇宙、工业互联网‌、‌智能交通‌、智慧城市等应用场景。
