个人简介:

南京邮电大学教授,博士生导师

德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学(德国首批三所精英大学之一)电子与通信工程系毕业,获硕士、博士学位。2008/06-2011/12在德国弗劳恩霍夫通信研究所即海因利希·赫兹研究所(光通信领域世界顶级研究所)做博士后研究,高级研究员,现任南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院教授,光电集成课题组组长。江苏省双创团队(事业创新类)核心成员,江苏省六大人才高峰第十一批高层次人才。2007年获中国国家优秀自费留学生奖2003年获德意志研究联合会奖学金,2002年获海因利希·赫兹奖学金。
从事有机和无机纳米光子材料与器件的基础研究、设计开发和制备;研究并制备了一系列面向传感及光电应用的金属有机骨架材料,并基于此构建了各向异性聚合物光波导材料;研制了基于聚合物材料、应用于下一代光网络的混合集成光子器件与技术。主持或参加了多项国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金及欧盟、德国政府科教部及其他机构资助的大型研究项目,在有机及无机新材料、新功能、新器件方面进行了很多有益的研究探索。在 Chemical Communications, Polymer Testing, Optics ExpressNanoscale, Optics Materials ExpressOptical MaterialsPolymer InternationalScience China ChemistryOptics CommunicationsIEEE Photon. Technol. Lett.等刊物及会议(如OFC)上共发表了140篇学术论文(SCI索引50篇,第一作者或通讯作者72篇),申请国家发明专利29 项; 出版英文专著1本及光电技术类科技著作的1章。
