(中文版)  邹志强，男，江苏南京人。教授，理学博士/博士后，毕业于中国科学院大学，2003年至今，南京邮电大学计算机学院任教。江苏省大数据安全与智能处理重点实验室，研究生导师。中国计算机学会会员、美国计算机协会会员、江苏省计算机学会“计算机与通信专委会”委员、《Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering》、《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data》、《Transactions in GIS》《Future Generation Computer Systems》、《SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences》、《China Communications》、《自动化学报》和《通信学报》等国际、国内著名SCI/EI期刊的审稿人，近期在国内外重要学术刊物和会议上发表SCI/EI论文超过50篇，国家发明专利超过10项。主持/参与过多项国家级科研项目超过10项，包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目和国家863项目等。 

(English Version) Author Biographies: Zhiqiang Zou is a Professor at the College of Computers, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He received his Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Thereafter, in his postdoctoral work at the Jiangsu High Technology Research Key Laboratory for Wireless Sensor Networks. He is a lifetime member of the China Computer Federation, member of the American Computer Association, committee member of the "Computer and Communication Special Committee" of the Jiangsu Computer Society, reviewer for renowned international and domestic SCI/EI journals such as Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data, Transactions in GIS, Future Generation Computer Systems, SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences, China Communications, Journal of Automation, and Journal of Communications. Recently, He published over 50 SCI/EI papers in important academic journals and conferences both domestically and internationally, and holds more than 10 national invention patents. Has led or participated in over 10 national-level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation General Program, National Natural Science Foundation Youth Program, and National 863 Program.

He has won the third prize of Science and Technology Award of China Institute of Communications, the "Jinshan Talent" Program of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, and the Excellent Paper Award of Nanjing City.
