1972 年生，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1996 年获得南京理工大学计算机应用专业硕士学位，2009 年获得东南大学计算机应用技术专业网络行为学研究方向的博士学位。自1996年起一直在南京邮电大学计算机学院工作，现主要从事网络测量和网络行为学等领域的研究和开发工作，发表学术论文20余篇，参编教材《计算机通信与网络》和《计算机网络》。
