个人简介:

副教授,江苏省双创博士。2020年毕业于南京大学,获电子科学与技术专业博士学位, Frontiers in Materials客座主编。 长期从事低维半导体材料与器件的相关研究,主持国家、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省高校自然科学研究基金面上项目、江苏省重点实验室开放课题项目各一项;参加多项国家、省部级项目,包括国家重点研发计划, 国家重点研发计划 青年科学家项目,江苏重点研发计划等。累计发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者在Nature Communications, Physics Reports, Advanced Functional Materials, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Electron Device Letters, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Solar RRL, Nanoscale, Nano Researches等重要学术期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中,被SCI引用1879次,6篇入选ESI高被引论文,H因子22。公开、授权发明专利10余项。部分科研成果荣获中国商业联合会科学技术奖(一等奖和三等奖各1项)、中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步奖(三等奖)、中国产学研合作促进会科技创新奖-创新成果奖(三等奖)。
