郑尚东，博士，南京邮电大学讲师，硕士生导师。2023年毕业于南京理工大学，获工学博士学位。2023年12月进入南京邮电大学工作，目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项，同时参与国家级、省级和校级科研项目多项。目前已发表学术论文16篇，其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文12篇。相关研究成果发表于IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions  on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions  on Geoscience and Remote Sensing，IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、Remote Sensing等高水平国内外期刊。担任IEEE TCSVT, Information Fusion，Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Remote Sensing等多个期刊的审稿人。
