个人简介:


王海华,男,理学博士,硕士生导师,陕西宝鸡人,199609月出生。202306月毕业于复旦大学微电子学院,随后加入南京邮电大学,主要从事先进半导体器件与智能传感器研究。迄今共发表论文20余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在IEEE Electron Device Lett.IEEE Trans. Electron DevicesIEEE Trans. Instrum. Meas.Biosens. Bioelectron等期刊上发表高水平SCI论文10篇,申请/授权发明专利5件。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省高等学校基础科学研究面上项目和南京邮电大学高水平师资科研启动资金项目。





研究领域:

1. 先进半导体器件与集成,主要研究FDSOI CMOS器件/电路的建模、仿真、制造、测试和应用

2. 智能半导体传感器,主要研究集MOSFET敏感元件、嵌入式PCB和人工智能算法于一体的系统级传感器
