个人简介:

朱力,中共党员,硕士生导师。2022年6月博士毕业于南京大学电子科学与技术专业,主要研究方向包括高性能氧化物薄膜晶体管及其性能研究,新型神经形态器件及类脑芯片应用。主持包含国家自然科学基金青年基金,江苏省自然科学基金青年基金,江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目等。参与国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目(项目骨干)、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。以第一作者或通讯作者在Adv. Funct. Mater., Small methods, Appl. Phys. Lett.2篇), IEEE TED4篇), Sci. China Inf. Sci., Adv. Electron. Mater. 等期刊发表SCI论文17篇。累计在国内外期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,他引1200余次,个人h-index21

目前主要从事新型神经形态器件及类脑芯片应用研究,研究方向包括:

2.多功能异质结晶体管设计与集成

3.多光谱感知突触晶体管及其仿生视觉应用研究
