韩斌，2021年3月毕业于南京航空航天大学，取得工学博士学位；2021年9月以校聘副教授入职南京邮电大学工作，现为通信与信息工程学院专任教师，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究领域包括图像处理与分析，目标检测与识别，机器视觉，深度学习以及人工智能相关研究内容等，重点研究方向为遥感图像解译、医学图像处理、目标检测与对抗攻击、变化检测。基于相关研究成果，以第一作者身份发表学术论文25余篇，其中SCI论文15篇，发表期刊包括IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Sensors Journal、Pattern Recognition、Remote Sensing、International Journal of Remote Sensing等高水平国际期刊。目前主持国家自然科学青年基金1项，江苏省自然科学青年基金1项，南京邮电大学引进人才科研启动基金1项；同时作为研究骨干参与国家自然基金重点项目、JG项目、华为等公司横向课题多项。此外，担任IEEE ICCT 2023 TPC member、ICSM 2024 TPC member，IEEE TGRS，IEEE J-STARS，IEEE Sens. J., PR等国际期刊审稿人。此外，与加拿大阿尔伯塔大学Anup Basu教授保持长期紧密的合作。
