个人简介:

李山,男,湖北云梦人,中共党员,硕士生导师。

2018.092022.06 就读于北京邮电大学电子科学与工程专业,获得工学博士学位;

2015.062018.08 就职于南方科技大学电子系和信利(惠州)智能显示有限公司;

2008.092015.06 就读于湘潭大学材料科学与工程专业,获工学学士和硕士学位;

20229月加入南京邮电大学集成电路科学与工程学院,任校长专聘副教授。目前主要从事宽禁带/超宽禁带半导体材料与信息传感器件研究。主持国家青年基金项目、江苏省青年基金项目、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目、南京邮电大学高水平师资项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目、江苏省双创团队项目等。以第一作者身份和通讯作者在J. Phys. Chem. Lett.Appl. Phys. Lett.IEEE Trans. Electron DevicesSci. China Technol. Sci.ACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesJ. Mater. Chem. C等国内外主流期刊发表学术论文20余篇,申请专利6项。包括ESI高被引论文1篇,JMCC HOT Paper 1篇,多项成果被APLACS、中国科学杂志社公众号报道评论,论文引用1600余次。多次受邀在亚太宽带隙半导体研讨会(APWS)、亚太碳化硅及相关材料国际会议(APCSCRM)、国际第三代半导体论坛(IFWS)、海峡两岸氧化镓及其相关材料与器件研讨会和全国宽禁带半导体学术会议等作口头报告。
