唐为华教授,长期从事信息功能材料、器件与系统集成研究,主持国家级省部级重大课题等二十多项,已在国内外重要学术杂志上发表SCI收录论文350多篇, ESI高被引论文20多篇,论文被引用近20000次,H因子66,授权发明专利30多项,受邀在相关领域重要学术大会做邀请报告20多次。连续多年获ELSVIER高被引学者、全球前2%顶尖科学家、入选1960-2023科学生涯影响力榜单,获北京市科学技术奖自然科学一等奖和二等奖各一项。担任国家自然科学基金委、教育部、科技部国家重大研究计划等科技与人才项目函评和会评专家、国内外十余种学术杂志特邀评审、中国物理学会X射线衍射专业委员会委员、中国物理学会固体缺陷专业委员会委员、中关村天合宽禁带半导体技术创新联盟标准化委员会委员、“中关村标准”智库,首批特聘专家 。 享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”、中国科学院“百人计划” 、江苏省“双创团队”领军人才、姑苏领军人才等,近十年来专注超宽禁带半导体氧化镓材料、物性及器件研究,发表氧化镓相关学术论文数量及引用国际排名前列,是国内开展氧化镓科学研究与产业化实践的先行者。
