陈璐（1987.01-），女，江苏溧阳人，工学博士，副教授。2021年9月获东南大学电气工程专业博士学位，江苏省“双创博士”，入选2025年度“江苏省科技副总”计划，具有七年国家电网公司科研岗经验，电力系统工程经验丰富；主持江苏省自然科学青年基金、企业横向课题等二十余项，参与中美能源合作项目、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等多个课题；获电力建设科学技术进步奖二等奖（2023年度）、中国自动化学会科学技术二等奖（2024年度）和新疆维吾尔自治区数字化科学技术进步奖二等奖（2025年度）各1项；作为第1指导老师获“建行杯”第八届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛江苏省选拔赛二等奖（2022年度）、首届江苏省研究生智慧电力科技创新大赛二等奖（2023年度）。

近年来，面向国家能源安全新战略需求开展电碳市场、虚拟电厂运行和综合能源优化等相关研究工作，发表SCI/EI论文10余篇，以第一发明人获授权发明专利10余项。部分成果如下：
