个人简历
1990-1994年,陕西师范大学,物理系,获理学学士;
1994-1997年,陕西师范大学,非线性光学专业,获理学硕士学位;
1997-2003年,中国石油大学,物理科学与技术学院,任讲师;
2004-2006年,新加坡南洋理工大学,Research Associate;
2003-2006年,复旦大学,攻读博士,理学博士学位;
2006年—今,南京邮电大学,任副教授、教授、博士生导师。

在国际重要刊物发表SCI论文三十余篇,被SCI文章他引1200余次。申请发明专利23件,已经获授权12件。主持各级各类项目18项。

研究方向及主要成果 

研究方向:
新型微米/纳米半导体材料的生长机理及其电学、光学特性;
纳米金属材料(纳米银、纳米铜)及其复合材料的制备及特性;
上述功能材料在光催化、电致变色、印刷电子、柔性电子、3D打印、杀菌抑菌等领域的应用研究。

接收研究生的专业:物理、化学、材料、高分子、电子等。
